PRICES
All prices shown on the website are in euros (€).
Prices may be updated at any time. Shipping charges and any costs related to customs, import duties or local taxes are separate from the listed product price unless stated otherwise.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Shipments within the European Union normally do not require additional import duties.
Orders sent to destinations outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
LAYLOW cannot cover or refund customs charges, import taxes or related fees, including charges that arise when a shipment is refused or left unclaimed, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY
Please check your delivery details carefully before placing your order. Once a parcel has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can still be changed.
Orders placed separately are shipped separately and cannot be combined afterwards.
We aim to prepare most orders within 1–2 business days. In busier periods, processing may take up to 5–6 business days. Transit times depend on the destination and shipping carrier and are therefore estimates only.

LOST OR MISSING ORDERS
If tracking shows an issue with your delivery or you believe your parcel has been lost, stolen or delivered incorrectly, contact LAYLOW as soon as possible. We will help investigate the shipment with the carrier.
Any responsibility for lost or incorrectly delivered orders will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

SALES & RETURNS
All sales are considered final. LAYLOW does not offer voluntary returns, exchanges or order cancellations. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and find an appropriate solution.

PRODUCT CHARACTER
Every LOOSE OBJECT is different. Individual variations in shape, texture, finish, color and other details may occur and are part of the character of each piece.
These natural differences make each item individual and are not necessarily considered defects.

STORE TERMS
By purchasing through the LAYLOW website, you agree to the terms that apply to your order and confirm that you have reviewed the relevant product and shipping information before completing your purchase.
We may refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, for example in cases of pricing errors, unavailable products, suspected fraudulent activity or misuse of the website, subject to applicable law.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Any mandatory rights provided under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
